Whatever the occasion, Exmoor House makes a great house party
venue. You get exclusive use of Exmoor House for up to 12 people, on a dinner,
bed & breakfast basis, staying two or more nights. Your house party
could be at the weekend or midweek, as you prefer.
Our house party package includes:
* tea and home-made cake on arrival
* a three-course dinner using quality local ingredients each
night of your stay
* hot breakfast buffet each morning
* unlimited tea and coffee
* the use of three twin/double rooms, one double room and one
family room (sleeps up to four) - the sleeping arrangements are up to you!
It's your party so we'll arrange mealtimes, dietary requirements
etc, to suit. And if you'd like a quote for any extras, such as lunches, champagne
and canapes, celebration cakes, etc, to make your house party extra special,
just let us know.
Standard house party prices are as follows:
up to 10 people - £630 per night
11 people - £680 per night
12 people - £730 per night
House parties are available all year (normally excluding Bank
Holiday weekends; for Christmas and New Year there are special arrangements
- see below). We advise you to book early. £250 non-refundable deposit
is required (and please see our other booking
conditions too).

Christmas house parties or New Year house parties
tailor-made for you
If you fancy a festive season with a difference, you can book exclusive use
of Exmoor House over Christmas or New Year. You'll have the place to yourselves
so you can be as riotous or as calm as you like - a chance to spend some real
quality time with family or friends. Relax by the fire, play games, sit and
chat, take bracing winter strolls in the beautiful Exmoor countryside, enjoy
some excellent food (with no cooking or washing up to do)... and escape the
endless TV repeats.
Full board is included; minimum stay is two nights. Prices, and deposit needed,
will depend on your requirements - for example you could have a traditional-style
Christmas feast, a buffet or something else entirely - so please contact us
for a quote. To give you an idea, the starting price is £1,000 per night
for a group of up to 10 people.
